Stern's bodybuilders Liz Ponce and Lorenzo have been working hard to prepare and they are coming in to the contest ripped and ready! Lorenzo's focus has been on adding lean muscle to his tall frame while Liz has been all about cardio and diet to add cuts to the bulk she achieved over the winter. Both will be competing at the Scottish Rite Event Center in Mission Valley, San Diego on June 11th. Judging begins at 10am with finals that evening at 5pm.
